Grant Awards from 2016-2019

The annual Buckaroo Ball was held on Friday, August 2, 2019 at the Red River Conference Center. Ticket sales raised $6675 and $12297.60 was made on the auctions and random donations, for a total of $18972.60.  After expenses of $5596.45 the Foundation had a net profit of $13376.15. 

This fundraiser is the primary source of funding for the Red River Valley Foundation and it has allowed the Foundation to award community organizations grants totaling $82,590 with the 2019 awards. They have included:

2017 - Movies in the Mountains - $5000
2018 - Movies in the Mountains - $5000
2019 - Movies in the Mountains - $5000


Red River Fire Department

2016 - Stair Climber - $3400
2017 - Patient Transport Ventilator - $5000
2019 - Patient Gurney - $15,000


Red River Historical Society

2016 - Web Design, Hosting & Advertising - $1190

Red River Parks & Recreation

2016 - Mallette Park Tennis & Pickleball Courts - $5000
2017 - Red River Parks Improvements/ Expansion Plan - $5000
2018 - Brandenburg Park - Playground Equipment - $5000
2019 - Mountain Bark Park Improvements - $3000


Red River Valley Charter School

2016 - Dining/Meeting Tables - $5000
2017 - Cafeteria Rescue - $5000
2018 - Playground Overhaul - $5000
2019 - School Safety Equipment and Training
