The Foundation

The new Red River Valley Foundation offers our donors, who share the goal of caring for and improving the quality of life in the Red River Valley, the opportunity to make their philanthropic giving as easy and effective as possible. Individuals, families, businesses and organizations can make contributions to the Red River Valley Foundation for the purpose of building a permanent endowment that will help the Valley meet the challenges of the changing times. These funds will be invested and distributions will be used to award grants to humanitarian, educational and cultural organizations within the remarkable community of the Red River Valley.

Our Mission

Red River Valley Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of and visitors to the Red River Valley, NM. To achieve that mission, we make grants to non-profit, civic and philanthropic organizations in a variety of areas.

Our Organization

Red River Valley Foundation is incorporated in the State of New Mexico as a domestic nonprofit corporation and has been granted 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status by the IRS.

We are governed by a board of directors, which consists of part-time and full-time residents of Red River Valley. The board and its committees serve as volunteers.
